Flow of reservation

1 Inquiry

The location assistant can be seconded as an assistant alone, but we ask that you use it in combination with the location assistant when renting equipment.

Please note that the location assistant secondment will be confirmed 2 business days in principle .
Rental equipment can only be rented to those who can make a reservation 2 business days in advance and can pick it up and return it by themselves .

If the number of staff and quantity is insufficient due to the reservation status of the studio, we will refuse the secondment / rental. please note that.

2 Decision (after 2 business days)

Please tell us Date of secondment or loan ・Contents ・Photographer ・ Billing address by phone.

In addition, please tell us the meeting place ・ meeting time when you are seconded, and the pick-up date and return date when you rent out.

* If the number of staff and equipment is insufficient due to the reservation status of the studio, we will refuse. Please note Before using the service, you agree to the following precautions .

* We cannot deliver or pick up the equipment from us to the place of use.

3 Use (seconded / rented)

Regarding the location assistant fee, in addition to the actual working time, travel time and round- trip transportation fee (tax included) from the studio to the meeting place will be incurred .
As a general rule, equipment will be rented within the number of days of use.

4 Payment

We will charge the usage fee after the location assistant returns to work or when the equipment is returned.

* Please pay by cash or bank transfer.
We cannot accept payments by credit card or electronic money. Thank you for your understanding.

Request for use

1 Regarding payment

・ Customers who use the service for the first time are requested to pay in cash on the day of use.
If it is difficult, please contact us by phone.
・ Payment method is limited to either cash payment or invoice transfer payment .
We cannot accept payments by credit card or cards including e-commerce.

2 Regarding charges

・ The location assistant secondment fee will be charged by the assistant staff at the time "from the departure of the studio river to the arrival at the studio river after shooting".

Example) Shooting 9: 00-13: 00, 60 minutes round trip from the studio river to the site ⇒ Billing basic charge (4h) + extension charge (1h)

・ Only for cancellation on the day, we will charge the secondment fee (100%) for the scheduled secondment time as a cancellation fee.

・ The location assistant rank related to the basic charge is determined based on the following criteria.

　First rank - 1 year or more of enrollment, until just before graduation. Engaged as a first assistant when shooting in the studio. At a minimum, an assistant who can apply lighting setup and adjust the color temperature.

　Second rank -For 3 months or more of enrollment, from the end of the training exam to less than 1 year of enrollment. Engaged as a convenience food when shooting in the studio. At a minimum, an assistant who can understand strobe operation and lighting instructions.

・ The rental equipment fee may differ from the rental fee in the studio.

・ In principle, we will charge you for the date of use of the shooting, but if it takes a long time to return it, we may charge an additional fee.

・ Even if you are using the location assistant at the same time, if the assistant delivers or returns it, a taxi fee will be charged separately as a transportation fee.

3 Disclaimer

・ Regarding the availability of secondment / rental, we cannot accept reservations more than 2 business days before the shooting date.

In addition, we may decline depending on the usage status of Studio River. note that.

・ Please manage and supervise the location assistant at the responsibility of the photographer or the client on the day of the event.
Even if the dispatched staff causes trouble or damage to the shooting, we will not be responsible for the range exceeding the dispatch fee.

・ In principle, the staff who visited the location assistant cannot drive the vehicle.

・ For accidents or serious injuries caused by shooting with an assistant, we may charge you for medical treatment.

・ For rental equipment, we may charge you for repairs and other costs in the event of a malfunction caused by the way you use or handle the equipment on the day.
